Office Assistant
The Club is looking for a mature minded highly motivated and experienced Office Assistant (Part-time) to join our friendly team. This position is a job share position of approx. 24 hours per week – days to be negotiated, however you must be available to work full time when required.
The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will need to:
Have strong communication and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
Accurate data entry
Perform accurate analysis on a daily basis in accordance with the Club policies and procedures in a timely manner.
Investigate and resolve gaming machine discrepancies
Be efficient and able to meet deadlines
Able to work flexible hours
Ideally have a strong skill set in payroll, accounts and general administration
High level of professionalism especially when exposed to confidential information
The ability to work equally well on your own or as part of a team
Excellent oral and written skills
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining Ebet database
Efficiently and effectively enter gaming data into Ebet
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on gaming machines, links and cash flow.
Identify, investigate and resolve all instances of gaming machine discrepancies and irregularities
Compile statutory reports
Provide additional analysis as required
General administration duties, payroll and some accounts when required
Answering phone enquiries and emails
Function bookings
Marketing - update website, social media pages and member email communications
Preference will be given to applicants with:
Club experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Ebet gaming system
Knowledge of MYOB and King Street Payroll
Strong computer MS Office and Excel skills
