Supporting the Community
During the last financial year your Club provided funds in excess of $46,000 to support community services and projects. The Club continued to support the Sub Clubs as well as Calvary Health Care and Legacy, two very worthwhile organizations. We also supported the Brighton Nippers and the Brighton Beachside Dash, an event that raises funds for vital cancer research and women’s health at St George Hospital.
I would particularly like to commend the Board on their decision to donate $2,000 to the victims of the Victorian Bush Fires on behalf of our Club.
